CFMOTO Service kit CFORCE 450/520/550/600/625

This service kit has been put together for the professional servicing of the CFMOTO CFORCE 450, 520, 550, 600 and 625. 

In other words, all single-cylinder CFMOTO ATVs with an engine size of 400-600cc and a model year of 2014 or newer. The only exception is the CFORCE 625, where the spark plug changed starting from the 2023 model year. 

You can tell the 2023 and newer 625 models apart because they have electronic throttle and ride modes, while the older ones have a cable throttle and no ride modes.

Below you'll find more details on servicing the different models, and the pictures show the service schedules.

Original spare parts and quality lubricants make sure the engine and the front and rear differentials get the lubrication they need. Good oils reduce wear and so extend the life of your ATV.

The service interval for CFMOTO ATVs is 100 h, 3000 km or 12 months whichever comes first since the previous service. The service schedule includes, among other things, changing the engine oil, the front and rear differential oil and the spark plug.

Oil capacities at oil change by model:

• CForce 450 and 520: engine 2.9 l, front differential 0.23 l and rear differential 0.25 l
• CForce 550/600/625: engine 2.9 l, front differential 0.23 l and rear differential 0.25 l

The coolant capacity is about 2.5 l on all models.

The service kit includes:

• 3 pcs Xenum 5W40 fully synthetic engine oil 1 l
• 1 pc Bel-Ray 80W90 gear oil 1 l
• 1 pc CFMOTO oil filter
• 1 pc oil filter sealing ring
• 1 pc NGK spark plug

NOTE! The spark plug on the CFORCE 625 changed with the 2023 model year. You can tell the 2022 and 2023 model years apart because the 2023 and newer have electronic throttle and ride modes, while the 2022 and older have a cable throttle and no ride modes.

We are an authorized CFMOTO dealer, and our service kits only use original spare parts and lubricants that follow the manufacturer's recommendations. We use Xenum lubricants and oils in our own workshop as well.

We always recommend having your machine serviced by a professional, and to keep your warranty intact, it is more than advisable to take it to an authorized CFMOTO service.
