D.I.D 520ZVM-X Ketju+niittilukko (ZJ)

Chains designed for larger and heavier motorcycles up to 1200cc with X-Ring seal. The X-Ring's rotating motion improves sealing and its four contact points reduce power loss. Born from MotoGP experience, the ZVM-X series offers direct energy transfer, which improves elongation under load.

The 520ZVM-X chain is primarily designed for street use. Its tensile strength is approximately 3966kg and the weight per 100 links is approximately 1.63kg. The chains are delivered pre-lubricated and we recommend greasing the chains approximately every 500km or as needed. Regular greasing of the chains prevents corrosion and extends the service life of the chains and sprockets. Regular cleaning of the chains is also important.

Please do not use any other grease than chain grease specifically intended for motorcycle use, which is suitable for chains with sealing rings!
