Schuberth's safety is already reflected in the fact that it is the first helmet to have combined P/J homologation and the ECE 22.06 safety standard. This means that the helmet is safe when closed and also with the chin section open. The shell structure of the C5 helmet is lightweight but durable DFP (Direct Fiber Processing). This material was developed by Schuberth itself and contains durable fibers such as glass fiber and carbon fiber. Two shell sizes make the helmet visually suitable for even small heads. The EPS inner shell with two different densities makes the helmet very safe for critical areas of the head, while still providing comfort.

The Schuberth C5's special feature is its seamless inner lining. This unprecedented feature makes it very comfortable and has been praised by many touring motorcyclists. The surface material of the pads is fantastic compared to other manufacturers. You won't find such a comfortable inner lining from other brands. The helmet is also very quiet. The new neck cushion concept has improved aeroacoustics, so wind noise cannot disturb your concentration.

The ventilation of the C5 helmet has been significantly upgraded compared to its predecessor. Adjustable air intakes allow you to optimize ventilation to suit the temperature on the forehead and chin. Air exhaust vents at the back ensure breathability.

The visor offers a wide field of vision and is equipped with Pinlock 120 MaxVision anti-fog film. The clear visor has an optical class 1, which means it prevents distortion of the view. The patented visor memory function remembers the visor position when the chin section is raised. The visor is also easily replaceable without tools.
