The chain is supplied pre-lubricated, but remember to lubricate it every 500km or as needed and clean the chains regularly. Only use grease suitable for chains with sealing rings on X-ring chains. Avoid using solvent cleaners when cleaning, as they will only ruin the sealing ring. The chains have a push-in rivet lock that is almost impossible to install without a chain tool.
