A clutch kit for the CFMOTO Z10 Turbo when you have big 33"-35" tires and/or enjoy mud or bogs.

The Vauhti Varikko STAGE 3 BIG TIRE & MUD helix is a model-specific secondary clutch helix for 33"-35" tires.

The helix has a big effect on variator upshifting and downshifting. You get better throttle response as the transmission reacts faster. It feels like the right gear is always "in sight", even with big tires.

Feel and efficiency also improve, meaning power is transferred more effectively from the engine to the tires. At the same time the belt grips better. 

The right choice when you have big 33"-35" tires and enjoy mud and soft terrain.

Note! This product requires a PowerECU or a similar re-mapped ECU to work. It does not work with the stock ECU.

Does the helix work with the stock ECU?

No. This product requires a PowerECU or a similar re-mapped ECU.

Stage 3 is built so that it requires the ECU to be re-mapped. With the stock unit the transmission does not work as intended, and it is not advisable to install this without updating the control unit.

What do I need for the installation?

We recommend ordering the clutch compression tool (80.400) and the clutch holding tool (80.11900) with it.

What tires is the helix designed for?

This product is designed for 33"-35" tires. For smaller, 30"-32" tires there is a separate STAGE 3 TRAIL version.

Is there a ready-made package with the PowerECU?

Yes, the Performance package 33"-35" includes the PowerECU and the STAGE 3 BIG TIRE & MUD kit in one package.
