Twin Air Bio System maintenance kit includes:

• Bio Dirt Remover (cleaning agent) 900gr: Biodegradable cleaner for removing dirt and oil from air filters
• Bio Liquid Power (oil) 1L: Biodegradable air filter oil that provides excellent protection against dust and dirt
• Contact Cleaner spray 500 ml: For cleaning the air filter housing
• Twin Air wash basin
• Twin Air oiler
• Rubber gloves

Instructions:

1. Mix 100 grams of Bio Dirt Remover with three liters of hot water (Twin Air in a large bucket). 100g per filter, so if you are washing 2 filters at once, double the amount of detergent.
2. Remove any loose dirt from the filter and immerse it in the washing water. It is recommended to wear rubber gloves.
3. Let the filter soak in the washing liquid for at least 12 hours.
4. After soaking, squeeze the filter, but do not twist it. Squeeze until the dirt is completely removed.
5. Clean the filter with warm water and make sure it is completely free of detergent.
6. Let the filter dry before oiling - Do not oil it if it is wet!
7. Pour the entire bottle of Bio Liquid Power filter oil into a container (Twin Air smaller bucket)
8. Immerse the dry filter in the oil and press it in the oil (wear rubber gloves). Pressing ensures that the oil is absorbed all the way into the filter.
9. Squeeze the excess oil from the filter back into the container - Remember, never wring the filter dry like a washcloth. The oil is good when it is evenly distributed in the filter, but not dripping out.
10. Let the filter dry for 12 hours before use or place it in a plastic bag after drying to await use.
11. Pour the remaining filter oil back into the Twin Air bottle. "Tratti" is a strong word here
