Schuberth’s commitment to safety is demonstrated by the fact that it is the first helmet to combine P/J homologation with the ECE 22.06 safety standard. This means the helmet is safe to use whether the chin bar is closed or open. The C5 helmet features a lightweight yet durable shell constructed using DFP (Direct Fiber Processing) technology. This material was developed in-house by Schuberth and incorporates robust fibers such as fiberglass and carbon fiber. The availability of two shell sizes ensures the helmet looks well-proportioned even on smaller heads. A dual-density EPS inner shell provides exceptional protection for critical areas of the head while maintaining comfort.

The brilliance of the Schuberth C5 lies in its seamless inner lining. This unprecedented feature ensures exceptional comfort—something many touring motorcyclists have praised. The material used for the padding surface is fantastic compared to that of other manufacturers; you simply won't find such a pleasant interior lining from other brands. The helmet is also remarkably quiet. The new neck roll design delivers superior aeroacoustics, ensuring that wind noise doesn't interfere with your concentration.

The ventilation of the C5 helmet has been significantly upgraded compared to its predecessor. Adjustable intake vents at the forehead and chin allow you to optimize airflow based on the temperature, while rear exhaust vents ensure breathability.

The visor offers a wide field of view and is equipped with a Pinlock 120 MaxVision anti-fog insert. The clear visor is of optical class 1, ensuring a distortion-free view. A patented visor memory function retains the visor's position when the chin bar is raised. The visor can also be easily replaced without tools.

The Schuberth C5 helmet comes fully prepared for a communication system. The antenna, speakers, and microphone are pre-installed in the helmet, so all you need is the Schuberth SC2 communication system. You can find that in our online store as well!
