This service fee covers the costs of handing over and registering a new moped.

Before delivery, each moped is assembled and we also perform comprehensive delivery maintenance.

To ensure that the moped takes up as little space as possible when it is delivered from the factory to us, some parts have been removed and it is packed in a box. So it must be assembled before use.

Handover maintenance includes approximately 40 check points, where we review, among other things, important mounting points, test the most important features, check the amounts of oils and fluids, and perform a short test drive.

As an extra, we fill the tank with 98 gasoline or fully charge the battery.

The measures will be carried out by a trained professional installer and you will receive a report on the measures taken during handover maintenance at the time of handover.

In addition, you will receive a training course to help you get started comfortably using your new moped and get practical tips.

We also cover the costs of delivering the moped from the importer to us and the recycling costs of packaging materials.
