Dr. Pulley Nylon protectors 6 unités

Dr. Pulley nylon protectors for the CVTech primary clutch on CFMOTO and Seqway ATVs. Replaces the original parts with part numbers 0GR0-051005 (CFMOTO), F01-E103002-000-00 (Seqway) and 0930-3001 (CVTech Trailbloc).

The protectors are variator wear parts that work under constant back-and-forth movement.

Dr. Pulley protectors are made from a bearing-grade composite with a low and consistent coefficient of friction. The material resists wear and high temperatures, and it won't grind down aluminium surfaces.

In our own use and in our service work, we've seen on average 2-3 times longer service life compared to original parts and other aftermarket parts. The clutch also engages more smoothly and precisely.

The pack contains six protectors without weights.

Can I install the protectors myself?

We recommend having them installed by a professional. That said, if you're handy with tools, the parts are relatively easy to replace. We also stock variator tools to make the job easier.
