The Dr.Pulley DBH09231301 is a secondary clutch (variator) roller made of high-quality self-lubricating composite material.

Replaces original Polaris part numbers 5434534, 3234207, and 3234197.

The roller improves the variator's upshift and downshift, reduces jerking, and significantly extends the clutch's service life compared to traditional metal rollers.

In our own use and maintenance, we have found that these last significantly longer than standard rollers. In the best cases, we have achieved a replacement interval more than twice as long compared to original or other rollers.
